We currently accept Cigna and Anthem, with additional insurance plans pending. For all other plans, payment is due in full at the time of service and a super bill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.

A $50 travel fee applies for all home visits and will be collected at the time of service. For your convenience, payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, venmo or zelle.
